Barker Munro Recruitment is working with one of the UK’s growing brokers who are currently seeking an Account handler to join their Kent office and their growing SME commercial team who is extremely friendly and welcoming environment.

Are you seeking your next job in insurance? Do you have broking experience?
The successful applicant will be the main point of contact and handle day to day enquiries from all clients and will build rapport and maintain relationships with insurers, clients and colleagues. You will assist with claims when they arise and support the Account Executives.
We are seeking applications from candidates with experience of ideally working within broking or alternatively from within underwriting. You will be professional, confident and have the ability to prioritise own workload and work well within a team whilst having a desire to learn new insurance skills. The team works on insurance portfolios for clients in the construction industry which would include product lines such as CAR, PI, D&O, Property, Combined, Office, Travel, Bonds and Warranties.
Our client likes employees to be enthusiastic and exhibit a strong desire to provide a superior service. Ideally you will have progressed with the Cert CII or be prepared to attain this.
There is a good salary on offer (dependent on experience), as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
