Within this role as an Insurance Sales Broker you will be tasked with delivering on personal sales targets and looking to maximising sales opportunities and ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.
Our client has ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond and they believe that the care of their staff is at the heart of everything they do and will enable them to achieve these growth plans, recognising that without the right people, with the right training, ability and approach all else fails.
The key responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Broker role are;
• The ability to acquire and maintain knowledge of products in order to deliver personal sales opportunities
• Conduct cross selling
• Implement your own effective sales and marketing initiatives to secure wins
• Provide a consistent level of customer service with existing and potential clients
We are seeking applications from candidates who have experience of working in a sales or targeted environment. This could be from the insurance industry, ideally, or could be from another regulated environment such as utilities, financial services, banking or finance.
The role will be office based and offers parking within a highly accessible location within the Ashford area.
