As a seasoned professional Heather can interpret and manage the needs of insurance companies, brokers and agents to ensure that the right candidate is suited to the requirements of the role, whether it be a school leaver seeking their first step into insurance or an executive looking for a fresh challenge.
Heather is also experienced in the sourcing of entire teams having worked on various projects throughout the country.
Heather has witnessed many changes in the industry during her long career and has always endeavoured to embrace both peaks and troughs with optimism, resilience and ingenuity .
