Motor Fleet New Business Executive
OTE £60,000 (Basic plus bonus)

Barker Munro recruitment are on the lookout for a friendly and driven Motor Fleet New Business Executive to work for one of our clients who are in an exciting phase of development.
If you have at least 3 years of insurance experience and are looking for a new challenge as a sales executive—this role might be just what you’re looking for. Motor fleet knowledge will be an advantage.

We are seeking applicants with; 
Great negotiation skills and a knack for effective communication (both written and verbal) 
A team player who can also thrive working independently 
A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills 
A passion for customer service and the ability to build strong relationships with insurers and clients 

Key responsibilities;
Be a key part of a proactive team handling all things Motor Fleet 
Follow up on warm leads from our outbound team and jump in on new inquiries
Dive into new business development by creating quotes and binding coverage 
Make sure all covers, warranties, and endorsements are accurate and match the quotes
Prepare engaging market presentations and handle mid-term adjustments 
Explore opportunities to cross-sell additional products 
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and input data diligently
