About the Role
Business Developer - Insurance Broking
Home-Based / Kent office once a month
£40,000 - £50,000 plus car, commission, health insurance, pension
Barker Munro Recruitment is supporting a niche insurance organisation to recruit for a brand new position within their organisation for a Business developer.
Promoting a portfolio of Personal Lines insurance products offering preferential rates to a professional sector of individuals and companies.
The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s insurance products and services. This role will focus on generating new leads, converting prospects into clients, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and effective sales techniques. You will be required to attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company’s network and promote its brand.
We are seeking professional candidates with experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, within the insurance industry. Experience in B2B sales and working with corporate clients is an advantage but not essential.
This role will be home based and you will be required to report into the Kent based office at least once a month (possibly more regularly at first.) You will be the sole Business Developer so the future opportunities are amazing. You will prospect across the whole country so time management will be key.
A basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 is on offer and you will receive a car, performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement plans. This organisation can offer superb opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
If you would like to apply for this role, which offers something a bit different to the normal business development opportunities we see, please send your CV to Barker Munro Recruitment by using the relevant links.
