**Job Title: Commercial Account Handler**  
**Salary: c £30,000 per annum**  
**Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm**

**Key Responsibilities include:**  
- Manage new business quoting, negotiating, broking, and administration.
- Negotiate and oversee renewals, ensuring conversions meet or exceed company targets.
- Process midterm adjustments and maintain compliance with FCA regulations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with new and existing clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients and insurers, verifying covers and endorsements for accuracy.
- Prepare market presentations for new business and renewal reports.
- Attend client meetings for new business and renewals.

**Ideal Candidate:**  
To excel in this role, you should have:  
- Commercial insurance experience
- Strong negotiation and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-level customer service.
