About the Role
Business Development Manager – Legal / Conveyancing
Location: Remote / Flexible
Salary: Up to £50,000 basic plus car allowance and attractive quarterly bonus.( Total earnings with Bonus up to £100K)
Job Purpose:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new business and revenue growth for their Legal Indemnity products. Leveraging your exceptional Business Development experience, you will showcase the value of the specialist products, platforms, and benefits within the conveyancing framework and related markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and process key prospective targets to generate new business across the country. Build and manage your own sales pipeline, reporting progress to the senior management team. Contribute to the sales team’s strategic goals by collaborating with peers and sharing insights. Provide market intelligence to address challenges and enhance product offerings.
Experience required
Suitable candidates will have proven Business Development (B2B) experience within Legal Services, Insurance or the Conveyancing sector. Be self-motivated, professional with excellent communication skills. Have a driving licence. You can work remotely but will be required to visit potential clients face to face.
Salary/Benefits:
Salary up to £50,000 based on experience, plus £4,000 car allowance. Discretionary sales bonus scheme, with the potential to earn up to 2 x your salary, paid quarterly. Pension scheme with 5% employee and 5% employer contributions. Life cover providing 3x salary. 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by one day every two years up to a maximum of 30 days. Birthday paid day off. Holiday purchase scheme and pension adviser meetings Plus more benefits available after 3 months employment.
