Barker Munro Recruitment has a new role for a Recovery Claims handler for a claims organisation, specialising in motor insurance claims with a focus on customer service. They are a market leading company, enjoying significant growth on the back of strong relationships with insurer clients, their policyholders and key suppliers, and the effective use of technology.

 

The role will specialise in recovering the maximum amount possible for their Insurer Clients where liability on a claim may be attributed to a third party. You will need to maintain your portfolio in an efficient manner to ensure that you are working effectively and delivering market leading cost control and excellent customer service.

 

We are seeking applicants with claims experience or insurance customer service in either who also have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be accurate with a high level of attention to detail and possess tact and assertiveness when dealing with customers who may be distressed or angry. Applicants will have the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Ideally you will have 2 Years’ experience working in a Customer Service role, previous experience working in an insurance recovery role required.
