Barker Munro recruitment is delighted to be offering two new roles Property Account Handlers in a large Maidstone based Broker, supporting their specialist team for the administration of clients’ insurance requirements, including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations and invoicing of premiums.

We can consider candidates currently working in broking or an underwriting team with great customer service and communication skills with an excellent telephone manner, and the ability to build working relationships easily.

Key responsibility for this role is managing a team of customer service professionals and shaping the best possible experience for their customers. Managing the daily operations and management of a Customer Service team to measurably improve the customer experience by leading, championing and assessing continuous improvement activity.

Seeking a broker orientated and detail focused Underwriter to develop both new and existing relationships. The role will include underwriting new and renewal business for a product suite consisting of commercial combined, property owners, retail package, primary liability, contract works, contractors’ plant and equipment.

Excellent Claims opportunity offering a mixed portfolio of classes of insurance with a high successful broker.

A ‘work from home’ role for an experienced Insurance Claims handler. You will be trained to be able to deal with a portfolio of household Subsidence claims.
