The role of Account Executive will be predominantly servicing an existing book of clients but with the remit to build on this and develop other new relationships with clients. There will be no scary new business targets initially but if you are someone that likes to generate new business and new clients in an organic way and you will be incentivised and rewarded with growth on your account.

We're on the hunt for a talented Insurance Account Executive or potentially an experienced Commercial Account Handler who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships with a broad range of clients.

We are seeking candidates with a general knowledge and interest in motor vehicles and/or an understanding of insurance practices. So it may suit someone from an engineering or body shop background with an understanding of insurance OR a Motor Claims handler with a keen interest in Motor Vehicles.

You will be trained to be the first point of contact for all policyholders across multiple insurance products. You will provide excellent customer service with natural ability to treat policyholders fairly and have consideration towards any incident/situation. Candidate will need to display active listening skills and demonstrate this on every call and can ask questions to ensure all the required information is captured.
