We are seeking candidates with a general knowledge and interest in motor vehicles and/or an understanding of insurance practices. So it may suit someone from an engineering or body shop background with an understanding of insurance OR a Motor Claims handler with a keen interest in Motor Vehicles.

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd has two roles within the Customer relations team for this busy Claims organisation. The roles will involve assisting the Customer Relations & Compliance Manager with managing complaints, and to assist the Theft & Antifraud Manager with investigating claims.

You will be trained to be the first point of contact for all policyholders across multiple insurance products. You will provide excellent customer service with natural ability to treat policyholders fairly and have consideration towards any incident/situation. Candidate will need to display active listening skills and demonstrate this on every call and can ask questions to ensure all the required information is captured.
